Account Director - Digital Agency
Salary: £40K - £52.5K per annum
Account Director required by a creative agency in the heart of Liverpool who are continuing to expand due to project and client wins.
What Will You Be Doing?
This is a broad and varied role where you will do everything from:
Manage clients - make sure the diverse client base are all happy, well attended to and where possible you'll spot opportunities to develop accounts further.
Mentor & manage the talented account management team to ensure all targets are met as well as manage the resources for each project in your portfolio.
Manage various project & client budgets to make sure everything is on track and any change is discussed with both the client and senior management team.

Who will you be working with?
You'll be working in a high calibre Client Services team who are managing some of the most interesting digital projects in the UK from large scale financial service clients in Edinburgh to Telecommunications giants in Manchester and almost everything in between!
The CS team operate a flat structure and you'll get to liaise with senior management team on a regular basis and as a result decision making is both quick & decisive.
Now about you…
You'll ideally be coming from an agency background where you have spent the last couple of years at least in an Account Director role. You'll also have had experience working on large scale digital projects, where you have played a key role in the transformation of your clients digital offering.
A natural communicator who has the ability to sniff out new business opportunities from key decision makers without being a 'sleazy salesman'!
Want to really stand out?
If you have experience of delivering large scale Microsoft CMS projects - think Sitecore, EPiServer, Umbraco or even SharePoint - that would be a big plus.
