1st Line Web Support Analyst - Shift Pattern
Salary: £17K - £21K per annum

Web Support Analyst required to join a leading Digital Agency headquartered in Edinburgh City Centre.

You will be joining the operational Support team, acting as the first point of contact for all issues arising within 50+ customer websites.

This team operate on a 24/7 support rota so you must have flexibility to work out with standard working hours. Standard weekday shifts start from 4pm - 1am, with weekend shifts split between 9am - 4pm and 4pm to 1am. It is essential that you are flexible and can work any of the hours detailed.

Ideally you will be a graduate looking for your first entry level role in IT, alternatively as this role operates out of traditional working hours you could take this position on as a second role, as the client requires a minimum of 17 hours worked per week by each team member.


  • Responsible for providing first line support to a range of customer websites
  • Working with 2nd and 3rd line support teams and 3rd party support to resolve recurring technical issues
  • Working to develop and maintain technical training documentation

Skill set:

  • IT related degree
  • Excellent Communication skills - Both Written and Verbal
  • Good understanding of website support
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with website Content Management Systems would be an advantage
  • Prior experience working in a helpdesk environment and providing support via phone and email
