Service Desk Analyst
Rate: £100 - £100 per day
Service Desk Analyst - 3 Month Contract - Glasgow
Service Desk Analyst required to join a Glasgow firm. This will be for an initial 3 months, paying up to £100 per day with the intention to turn this into a permanent role.
The position will involve day-to-day BAU support, software installations and some basic hardware support of PC's, Laptops, Printers and Handheld Devices.
You will be working within a small, friendly team with minimal supervision and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the IT Systems. The ideal candidate would be someone with the ability to work well within a small, close-knit team as cultural fit is particularly important to my client.
Key Skills and Experience:
** Windows Desktop Operating Systems
** Good working knowledge of Office 365
** Knowledge of Ticket Logging Systems
** Excellent Communication Skills
** Flexibility to Support Outside of Normal Hours When Required
As well as technical ability, it is important that you are someone who manages to work with colleagues from various levels, from Director Level to factory floor.
